Pond Sounds was recorded in the wilderness of New York State using field recorders and underwater hydrophones by the Department of Information. It was mixed and mastered in New York City. The tracks are separated into two thematic camps, “wet” and “dry”, respectively.
A limited edition cassette tape was released as well as a 11×11″ four double sided (eight photos) newsprints of various ponds.
